We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we've made our returns process as easy as possible. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged products. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure that you have selected the correct products.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order at info@thecosmeticsemporium.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and, upon receipt of the returned product, we will provide you with a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Requirements for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thecosmeticsemporium.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product, including the address to which the product should be returned. 

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receipt of the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
